Ilona Stadnik — St/Petersburg State University

Teacher and practicing expert, School of International Relations, St. Petersburg State University.

Coordinated and organized the Summer School on Internet Governance; host of the Digital Reality discussion club.

For the past six years Ilona has been cooperating with DiploFoundation and Digital Watch Observatory to cover and analyze events related to international Cybersecurity.

Since 2017, she has been a permanent participant and speaker at the global IGF, as well as national and regional forums.

Expert at the Russian International Affairs Council, author of research articles and analytical essays on regulating the Runet and digital transformation of international relations.
