Viraliy Terentyev — HeadHunter

Vitaly holds two degrees: one in ICT and the other in economics. He began his career in telecommunications and information security in the banking sector. Having climbed the career ladder from an engineer to the board chairman of one of the largest organizations, he became interested in the field of sales in telecommunications. Vitaly has participated in various projects to introduce new technologies and to create and develop innovative businesses. In this regard, he worked for a number of international telecommunications companies, where he was engaged in implementing projects with government agencies.

Vitaly has worked at HeadHunter since 2007, and currently holds the position of CSO&GR.

Vitaly takes an active part in several expert groups of the Digital Economy non-profit under the Digital Economy Personnel federal project, implements joint projects with Rostrud in a number of areas, and also cooperates on projects related to developing the online recruitment market in Russia.

Twice he was ranked in the top-three Russian GR managers in the online platform industry, according to the TOP-1,000 Russian Managers ranking in 2020 and 2021.
