BIOGRAPHY

Yulia Goryachkina has worked at the Analytical Center under the Russian Government, University 2035, the Foundation for the Development of Monotowns, and the Damate Agricultural Holding. She holds an MBA degree.

Yulia has implemented over five federal-level projects in education and has four years of experience with the Digital Economy of the Russian Federation national program. She has been a speaker and moderator at over 100 expert platforms.
