Evgeniya Shvyrkunova — University 2035

Director of the Department of Coordination of the Federal Project “Development of IT Industry Human Resources” at University-2035.

Yevgeniya Shvyrkunova heads the Code of the Future federal project initiated in 2022 by the Russian Ministry of Digital Development as part of the Russian Digital Economy national project. More than 130,000 students from all across Russia have taken courses in the Code of the Future project, where they study languages like Python, Java, C++, C #, 1C, SQL, and JavaScript, among others.

Previously, Yevgeniya Shvyrkunova headed the Novgorod Region Ministry of Education, the Center for Piloting NTI Projects at Yaroslav the Wise Novgorod State University, and the department of elite technical education at the Tomsk Polytechnic University. She has many years of successful experience in her own business and in an engineering company.
