- 2015-2017: surgeon, diagnostic ultrasound doctor;
- 2017-2018: Chief Specialist, Federal Compulsory Medical Insurance Fund, Department for the Upgrade of the Compulsory Medical Insurance System
- 2018 – present: Center for Healthcare Quality Assessment and Control of the Ministry of Healthcare of the Russian Federation:
- Chief Specialist of the Department of Methodological Support for Healthcare Payment Methods;
- Deputy Head of the Department for Organizational and Methodological Support for National Medical Research Center Activities;
- Deputy Head and Head of the Healthcare Informatization Methodology Department.

Expertise:
- digitalization of clinical recommendations and criteria for assessing the quality of medical care;
- digitalization of procedures for the provision of medical care;
- development of a standardized form of procedures for the provision of medical care;
- development of master data in the field of healthcare.

Research interests:
- digital transformation of healthcare, RWD/RWE, development of electronic document management in healthcare, tariff policy in the field of compulsory medical insurance, approaches to standardization in the field of healthcare

She is a member of the Russian Healthcare Ministry working groups on the development and implementation of vertically integrated medical information systems and a member of the Association of Specialists in Technology Assessment in Healthcare.

She is also the author of 45 scientific papers published in Russian and foreign medical journals.
