BIOGRAPHY

Boris Zingerman developed the first information systems for the Blood Donation Service. He has been creating and implementing medical information systems since the late 1990s. Boris Zingerman developed Russia’s first national standard for electronic medical records (GOST R 52636). He is a member of the Russian Healthcare Ministry’s ICT Expert Council and the head of the Electronic Medical Records Working Group. He manages the expert group on experimental legal regulation in healthcare at autonomous non-profit organization Digital Economy. He is Director of National Medical Knowledge Base, an association of AI developers and users in healthcare.

Boris Zingerman has been developing telemedicine and other medical services since 2008. He is the founder and research supervisor of three telemedicine startups focusing on remote patient monitoring and rehabilitation. His current primary project is Medsenger.AI, a medical messenger and platform for remote patient monitoring using smart agents and profile-based monitoring scenarios.
