Arevik Martirosyan — Diplomatic Academy of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Russia

Scientific associate at the Institute of International Contemporary Studies at the Diplomatic Academy of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Head of the School of International Information Security.

Member of the Russian International Law Association and the Youth Council of the Coordination Center for TLD .RU/.РФ.; Executive Secretary of the Council of Young Scientists at the Russian Foreign Ministry’s Diplomatic Academy; and Project Coordinator at the UN SDSN Youth Russia (a UN Sustainable Development Solutions program).

Graduate (2017, Bachelor’s Degree in International Relations; 2019, Master’s Degree in the International Law Program on International Relations in Jurisprudence); post-graduate in the International Law. European Law program in Jurisprudence at the Russian Foreign Ministry’s Diplomatic Academy. 

Author and head of the School of International Information Security. The School is a youth education, scientific and analytical platform based on the Institute of International Contemporary Studies at the Russian Foreign Ministry’s Diplomatic Academy that cooperates with the Council of Young Scientists at the Russian Foreign Ministry’s Diplomatic Academy. The goal is to conduct a comprehensive exchange of views, positions and evaluations, draft strategies for resolving the problems of international information security and create Track II - Youth Diplomacy on the issues of international information security. This work is done by young Russian and foreign scientists, international experts and practitioners, as well as Russian and international academic and research institutes.

Winner of the Youth Russian Internet Governance Forum (YouthRIGF) prize for a Contribution to International IT Cooperation.

Author of research publications, including analytical articles on the problems of international information security.

To program
