Rustam Sagdatulin — ROCITDirector, Regional Public Centre of Internet Technologies (ROCIT)
Born on April 22, 1988, in Ordzhonikidze, Republic of North Ossetia – Alania, Rustam Sagdatulin graduated from the Lomonosov Moscow State University’s Law School with a degree in Jurisprudence in 2010. He went on to graduate from the Economics Department of the Russian Academy of Entrepreneurship in 2011.
Career:
- 2010-2011 – Public relations officer, Permanent Mission of the Government of Republic of North Ossetia – Alania to the President of the Russian Federation
- 2013-2018 – CEO, ProSportStroy LLC
- 2018 – Led an online campaign and drove voter turnout within the online audience at Vladimir Putin’s campaign headquarters
- 2018-2019 – Implemented projects for the Public Policy Department and Domestic Policy Department of the Situation Center. Introduced an incident response system in the regions
- 2019-2020 – Election campaigns (gubernatorial elections in St. Petersburg, the Vologda, Sakhalin, Astrakhan regions, Sevastopol, the Rostov and Irkutsk regions, and the Republic of Kalmykia)
- 2019-2020 – Organized online education programs for state employees for a total of over 100 seminars.
