Alexander Yukhno, Ph.D. (Law), Acting Head of the Department of Constitutional Law, School of Public and Municipal Administration at the Institute of Public Administration and Civil Service of the Russian Academy of National Economy and Public Administration under the President of the Russian Federation. Deputy Chair of the Public Council at the Federal Agency for State Property Management, member of the Expert Council on Corporate Management by Companies with State Participation at the Institute of Economics of the Russian Academy of Sciences. Professional and research interests include constitutional law and public administration, digital economy, Big Data, artificial intelligence, digital transformation, corporate governance, risk management, personal data protection, expert review of regulatory legal acts, and public oversight. Author of more than 30 research papers and teaching resources in Russian, English and German.
